Service Guarantee: At Faces & Nails Spa, LLC, we provide exceptional service. We guarantee free fixes for chipped Regular polish applications within 2 days and Color Gel & Hard Gel applications within 7 days.
Skin Services: Your skin health and safety are our priority. Please inform us in advance if you have sensitive skin or any allergies to chemicals. Failure to do so releases Faces & Nails Spa, LLC from liability, and you agree to indemnify us from any legal actions or fees.
Appointments: We offer appointments for your convenience but reserve the right to refuse clients with frequent no-shows. We may also deny services for inadequate conduct.
Large Groups (4 people or more): To secure reservations for large groups, a 30% deposit is required. Any changes to the appointment or services must be notified at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.
Running Late: A 5-minute grace period is allowed for appointments. If you anticipate being late, please contact the front desk to inform us and reschedule if needed. Failure to do so may result in appointment cancellation.
Custom Nail Art: We offer exclusive Custom Nail Art services with specialized technicians. While we strive to achieve your desired design, an exact match cannot be guaranteed. We will show you the design on one nail for approval before proceeding. Custom Nail Art services are non-refundable.
Changes: Before moving on to the next nail, we will show you any choices made regarding length, shape, design, or color for your approval. Once the service is complete, changes cannot be made. Additional charges apply for a different color polish after completion.
Pricing: The prices displayed for our products and services are listed in US dollars (USD) and may be subject to change without prior notice. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information, but factors such as market conditions, fluctuations in currency exchange rates, and other circumstances beyond our control may require us to adjust prices accordingly. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Gift Cards: Gift Cards: Please be aware that our gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. We are unable to replace lost or stolen gift cards, so we kindly ask you to keep them secure. Gift cards have a 3-month expiration date, providing you with flexibility to use them at your convenience. Treat yourself or someone special to the gift of relaxation and beauty at Faces & Nails Spa.
Service Surcharge: Excessive changes extending the scheduled time may incur a surcharge and/or require rescheduling. The surcharge is $15 for each additional 15-minute block, with the first 15 minutes provided free of charge.
Return & Refund: Services at Faces & Nails Spa, LLC are non-refundable due to the labor involved.
Personal Belongings: Faces & Nails Spa, LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Please keep your belongings secure and under your supervision.
