WHAT HAPPENS IF MY NAILS CHIP? At Faces and Nails Spa, we take pride in our work and strive to provide long-lasting manicures and pedicures. While it is unlikely for your polish to chip immediately after your visit, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. That's why we offer a service guarantee of 2 days for Regular polish applications and 7 days for Color Gel & Hard Gel applications. If your manicure or pedicure chips within the specified time frame, we will gladly fix them free of charge.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM RUNNING LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT? We value your time and the time of our other clients. If you find yourself running late for your appointment, please call our front desk immediately to inform us. We can then work together to reschedule your appointment for a later time. Please note that we can only allow a 5-minute grace period for all appointments. Arriving beyond this grace period may result in the cancellation of your appointment.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY NAILS AFTER THEY ARE DONE? We understand that personal preferences can vary, and we strive to accommodate your nail length, shape, design, and color choices. Before we begin the service, we will show you the options on 1-2 nails for your approval. Unfortunately, once the service is complete, we are unable to change the original choices. It's important to communicate your preferences beforehand to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that excessive changes that prolong the service beyond the average scheduled time may be subject to a surcharge and rescheduling. All services, including Custom Nail Art, are non-refundable.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF SOMETHING WENT WRONG WITH MY VISIT? We want to ensure that every client has a great experience at Faces and Nails Spa. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we encourage you to contact the store manager immediately. They will be happy to address any concerns and prevent you from leaving unsatisfied. If you have already left the salon, please reach out to our Help Desk. Our dedicated representatives are available Tuesday to Saturday from 11 am to 8 pm to assist you. Messages will be responded to in the order they are received. For issues covered by our service guarantee, simply call the salon directly to book a complimentary fix.
